Coney Island Flagship

Proposed development
SCC is seeking acquisition support and development partners for a large-scale campus that connects workforce services with long-term economic infrastructure.

Conceptual materials illustrate the proposed vision and are subject to site acquisition, agency review, financing, approvals, and final design.

Executive Vision
“When SCC enters a state, major employers should feel the impact because workers have a real alternative.”
Alphonza Mabry envisions SCC as workforce infrastructure that helps ordinary people increase their value, income, and economic independence. The ambition extends beyond creating jobs. It is designed to give workers skills, licenses, and the power to choose.
Public-Private Partnership
The Coney Island flagship is envisioned as the foundation for additional Workforce Hubs throughout New York State. SCC is seeking the right public, development, education, employer, and investment partners to move the proposal forward.
